DirectMD is an authorized direct to consumer reseller partner for Telemedicine Services. DirectMD/Telemedicine does not replace the primary care physician. DirectMD/Telemedicine does not guarantee that a prescription will be written. DirectMD/Telemedicine operates subject to state regulation and may not be available in certain states. DirectMD/Telemedicine does not prescribe DEA controlled substances, non-therapeutic drugs and certain other drugs which may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. DirectMD/Telemedicine physicians reserve the right to deny care for potential misuse of services. DirectMD/Telemedicine phone consultations are available 24 hours, 7 days a week while video consultations are available during the hours of 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week.


DirectMD website allows for individuals to enroll in our non-insurance healthcare benefit. By executing a transaction through the DirectMD website, or any of its affiliated websites, or by phone through a DirectMD member services representative, you agree to be billed on a recurring monthly basis via the credit card or bank account billing information that you have provided for the amount of the specified service in which you have enrolled. Recurring monthly payments will continue until such time as you cancel your account either in writing by submitting a notice of cancellation by phone (877) 220-7448 Monday through Friday from 9AM TO 5PM CST.


DirectMD provides all members with a 30 day money back guarantee. You MUST cancel your DirectMD membership within thirty (30) calendar days of your initial purchase in order to receive a refund.

Any cancellations after thirty (30) calendar days of purchase will not receive a refund.
